Dr nelms has helped me through an extremely painful condition,he is patient listens really well and most importantly shows Compassion. He also knows what's best for you even when I didn't think he did I wanted more painkillers to kill the pain but he new it would just be a patch up job and I would be worse off in the end.I rate him as a really good doctor the best in Dorset..
